Jackie Perez-Hicks is the current Director of Recruitment at Saint Francis Health System (SFHS) in Tulsa, OK; a 10,500 employee health system. She serves as a strategic business partner, developing and implementing out of the box strategies to enhance the recruitment function, to meet organizational workforce goals. She has led HR teams to become high-performing, more creative, forward thinking, and effective and efficient. She is passionate about building strategies and initiatives focused on solving business and people challenges.
Jackie has been in the HR profession for close to 3o years. She began her career in the healthcare industry back in her hometown of New York City. Along with a strong business acumen and knowledge of all aspects of the HR function including recruitment, retention, compensation, employee relations, benefits administration and training, her comprehensive background in HR management has resulted in strong and trusting relationships with both her internal and external customers.
She holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Maryland University College, and a Master's Degree in Strategic Leadership from Oklahoma Wesleyan University.
